Terrible delivery service, I will not ever use this company again

Very fast delivery and some great deals.

Have been ordering from this website for a while. Now they have changed age verification and none of it works. Have been emailing to cancel this order as clearly this system doesn't work. No one has replied, tried to call, goes to automatic voice. Go to Vapekit.co.uk instead.
Customer service super lazy - no one replies. Definitely not ordering from this page again.
P.S. Clearly if they would care about their customers they would at the very least reply to these reviews, but they don't.
Buy from company that do care about their customers.

Had a minor issue with my order. Sent an email to support and they had everything sorted out the same day. Prices are decent and delivery quick. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

I genuinely don't understand the negative reviews. I've been using VapeStore online for over a year, never had a problem with them. Had to contact customer services about 3 times, got a reply within a few hours every time. One was about a promotional item that was missing from my parcel, they rectified it without a problem. Another one was about a faulty batch of coils, they didn't want me to send it back to them, I got a replacement pack straight away. My most recent order was placed on 17th February, and delivered the next day (yesterday, the 18th). My only complaint is that they stopped selling my favourite liquid.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! One of the worst company’s to ever grace the vape industry, there is a reason why their workers are on minimum wage and can’t afford to pay their bills because the service they provide is horrendous. Orders take absolutely ages to come and they have also got my order WRONG twice! They will also ignore you when you try and contact them. If you ask any other vape company on Instagram about this company they will laugh and tell you how bad they are. I’ve also read that trading standards have been informed about this company and have received 19 complaints within the last 6 month. Clowns!

Still haven’t received order after saying it would be 1-2 days. Not answering emails or phone. Never use this place again !!!!!

This website is most definitely not a scam these petty negative reviews are only trying to promote their own websites, I ordered on a saturday and my parcel come on tuesday (1-2 working days)
I sent an email to the customer service and got a reply within 24 hours,

Legal action being taken world wide on these criminals! Dont buy anything off Vape store. Research the fukheads so l swear l will recommend (bigweedbrothers.com) this guys are very legit, reliable, trustworthy and real so everyone should check them out and safe your money from this jokes Vape Store take my words thanks.

I ordered stuff for 61 GBP. Including a Juul starter pack but I never received the Juul, so I haven't been able to use all the pods I've bought. The order was put on the 8th of June. I've tried to e-mail them twice but I never heard back. Very bad service...
